Background of Youthfuel

Youthfuel, started out as BDEC Powercamp in 2012.

Since 2012, BDEC has established a partnership with a company, called Oxentia Ltd, a spin off from Oxford University.

BDEC Resources has a local office and a registered office in UK. Since 2012 till present, we have been bringing CEOs to Oxford University for accelerator programmes as well as for business growth programmes.

In 2017, BDEC Powercamp initiated the youth leadership programme and the programme is now fronted by Youthfuel.

Called the Mastering Leadership for Youth Programme, this year will be our fourth session and will take place in Oxford University in August 11-16th 2019.

The main purpose of the programme is to provide an extraordinary opportunity for our youths to go into the heart of one of the world’s most celebrated university and provide them with the opportunity to live, learn, eat and play on the campus of Oxford University.

The Mastering Leadership for Youth Programme is the first of its kind that is designed and developed by Malaysian in collaboration with Oxford professors and academicians.

Designed to emphasise on leadership, English language and voluntary service, the programme aims to create role models among our youths to become ethical, fearless and be effective leaders of tomorrow.

It is an immersion programme and students get the opportunity to live, dine, play and learn on the campus. To ensure this experience, we choose carefully our programme facilitators, and at least one must be a current student of the university. Also, the participants will be in the company of international participants from other parts of the world.
